Designs are printed directly on the canvas using HP Latex printers. The inks are pigmented and water-based — non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable — and UL-certified GREENGUARD GOLD for the air-quality standards used in hospitals and schools.
The canvas is stretched over an inner frame of profile radiata pine, ethically sourced from renewable forests. Corners are folded clean, with back-hanging hardware fitted at the workshop.
A quality-check station sits at every stage of the print process to minimise errors and ensure the final product is the highest quality.
Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packed in a hard cardboard box. We use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard through custom boxes built from recycled materials and sized to each piece — reducing tape, plastic, and waste on every shipment.
