All products are made to order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
